Felida is a suburban neighborhood in Clark County, located in Vancouver, WA. This neighborhood is an established neighborhood but not old with most houses built between 1970 - 1999 and newer homes being built from 2000 to present. Felida gives residents a rural feel and has several parks to enjoy. Felida is considered one of the best neighborhoods in Vancouver to live, attracting families to call this neighborhood home. Locally sourced eateries, such as the Mt. Tabor Brewing's Pub is available in Felida or craft cocktails at the Farrar's Bistro.
Felida is just west of I-5 with access to Vancouver Lake and the Salmon Creek Greenway to the north with an abundance of trails for walking, jogging and biking or fishing for trout or rainbow fish at Klineline Pond. Felida Park is the community park in this rapidly developing neighborhood offering 14 acres of park with walking trails, soccer fields, picnic areas and more.
The C-Tran offers public transportation to Cooper County residents with multiple bus routes or lite rail service to take people where they want to go with various available stops. A large number of Felida residents work from home, avoiding the daily commute to work. Travelling by car is made easy with convenient access to the I-205 and I-5.

Vancouver Public School District serves the residents of Felida with public education. Felida has some of the better schools offered by the Vancouver Public School District. According to Greatschools.org, Felida Elementary School was given a 7/10 rating and Skyview High School a 6/10, both given above average ratings. Homes in Felida are mostly medium to large sized (three to five bedrooms) single-family homes and townhomes with the majority of homes being owner occupied. Newer homes on cul-de-sacs are extremely common in Felida. Felida is probably one of the most expensive neighborhoods to live in the Vancouver area but, with a low crime rate, a high number of the population being employed (especially in the management, executive type role) and the high number of single-family homes makes this area a very attractive place to live and raise a family.
