Located in southeast Portland is the upscale, highly coveted neighborhood of Eastmoreland. Eastmoreland is a family-friendly, active community. A neighborhood with tons of charm with tree-lined streets, older homes, the beautiful Reed College campus at the heart of the Eastmoreland neighborhood and even the neighborhood's very own golf course, the Eastmoreland Golf Course. Eastmoreland is almost entirely residential with no major thoroughfares that include shops and restaurants. This neighborhood provides a quiet, secluded setting, perfect for getting away from the busy day to day hustle a larger city brings.
The Eastmoreland Golf Course is a beautiful public golf course with Crystal Springs Lake in the center that attracts various birds such as ducks and swans. Every year the Eastmoreland Golf Course hosts the Portland City Championships. Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is home to various species of flowers with a beautiful backdrop of the lake. Tideman Johnson Natural Area provides opportunities to explore the creek or have a chance run in with some wildlife. Westmoreland Park and Berkeley Park both have a lot more amenities to offer visitors such as both paved and unpaved paths, baseball, softball and soccer fields, basketball courts, playground and more.
Eastmoreland is a quick 10 minute drive by car to downtown Portland and approximately 25 miles from the Portland International Airport. TriMET offers bus service and light rail service between Eastmoreland and nearby areas. Carshare or rideshare are also very common to Eastmoreland residents.

According to Greatschools.org, Winterhaven School was given an outstanding 10/10 rating, Sellwood Middle School was given a rating of 8/10, Duniway Elementary School was given a 6/10 rating and Llewellyn Elementary School and Cleveland High School were given a 5/10.
