Downtown Camas mostly has small turn-of-the-century homes. Single-story traditional homes begin just uphill from downtown and more contemporary, custom homes are further away from downtown. Outside of the Camas city limits, there is still plenty of farmland as well as open spaces to continue building modern custom contemporary homes. Gorgeous homes throughout Camas and plenty of recreational activities make this area a well-desired place to live.

Some of the most popular neighborhoods in Camas include Lacamas Shores, Camas Meadows, and Deer Creek, among many other fantastic communities. There are also gated communities available for those who like having added security.

Some of the best luxury neighborhoods in Camas are Dawson's Ridge, The Glade at Green Mountain, and Tidland Heights, among others.
