One of the ways we effectively price our homes is by comparing them to similar homes that have recently been sold in the surrounding area. Homes with similar beds and baths, square footage, and local amenities. It’s as simple as comparing apples to apples. It’s how we know we’re providing market-accurate estimates.

Usually, if your home has previously been on the market for the last five or so years, we can look at similar properties and accurately provide an estimate. But if you’ve been in that home for decades, we prefer to visit the home in person and effectively price it out. We get as much information about the home as possible to ensure we’re giving you a price that makes you a happy seller and creates a happy new homeowner.
