At Matin Real Estate we’re known for our results. In fact, over 50% of our business has been selling properties that have previously failed to sell. Whether it was a for sale by owner, or a canceled listing, or whatever the case was, we were able to take on that listing and get the job done. Our exceptional results have been the lifeblood of our business and we’re proud of the work we’ve done, but we’re now incorporating a focus on providing a luxury service in combination with our exceptional results. Now, obviously, our brand change helps with that but ultimately, we want you to receive a Ritz Carlton level of service.

Stay in the Loop

We’ve been in the real estate game for a while now and throughout that time what we’ve done to keep our clients in the loop, is generate weekly reports with all the showing reports, video views, and all the feedback, and whatnot. Of course, we couple all of that info with follow-up phone calls to make sure that the client is seeing everything and to address any questions or concerns they may have.  What we’re doing now, in addition to all of that, is something we call the MRE promise.

What We Promise

The MRE promise is basically this: Not only will you be happy with the result of our working together, but you’ll also receive excellent service. At the end of the transaction, we want to have earned a perfect 10/10 rating from you. Now, of course, every transaction will have its difficulties. Maybe it’s a broken pipe or a leaky faucet, but throughout the transaction, we want to have excellent communication and to provide you with all the info you need.  At the end of the day, we just want to follow through with the things we say we’ll do and in return, we hope to earn your referral. We know you have high expectations for your real estate transactions so, if we don’t live up to them, we want to know why. Our goal is to build a referral-based business so your feedback is very valuable to us.
