How We Work With Home Buyers

I just want to talk to you a little bit about how we work with buyers and how we do such a phenomenal job for our buyer clients. Over the last 9 years, Matin Real Estate has made a name for itself for the exceptional results we’ve gotten for our seller clients but, we want you to know how we service our buyer clients with the same level of excellence.

Powerful Prospecting

Every broker here at Matin Real Estate spends at least fifteen hours each week on the phone, prospecting. This means we’re looking for buyers for our seller clients, as well as looking for properties for our buyer clients to purchase. We reach out to a thousand neighbors around each of our listings, letting them know that the property is for sale. We reach out to the top 100 brokers both locally and nationally to connect their buyers with our sellers. We also reach out to all the local expired, canceled, and for sale by owner listings in the hopes that we can connect them with one of our buyers. Furthermore, we’ll even contact homeowners who are experiencing a life change that may force them to sell their homes. Whether it’s a marriage, divorce, a new baby, a foreclosure, or whatever the case may be, we’ll try and connect that seller with our buyers.  The point is, we explore every avenue possible and because there are eight brokers in the office, calling 15 hours a day, we talk to A LOT of people.

The "Shadow" Inventory

All of this effort and prospecting means that our buyer clients will know about every possible home for sale.  Not just the visible listings on the market, but all of the “shadow inventory” as well. This means we know about any home that just came off the market, or will be going on the market in the future.  These are homes that you can’t see on Redfin or Zillow, but the brokers at MRE know about them, and when you work with us, you’ll know about them too.  This will empower you to find that perfect home that you’re looking for and allow us to do what we do best and get you the best price possible.
