How We Market Homes
Hey everyone, Jordan Matin here at The Matin Real Estate Group, where we are known for our Luxury Service, and Exceptional Results. I want to break down how we effectively market homes.
It’s a huge question us real estate professionals hear almost every day. First of all, we have our own, in-house professional photographer and videographer that takes excellent photos and creates phenomenal videos of your home. Most agents will outsource this job to freelancers with very mixed results. Having our own media team ensures our photos and videos are consistently professional and just gorgeous to look at.
And that’s where most brokers stop. They put a sign in the front yard, they put the listings and photos on the RMLS, and they hope it sells. I believe in being hopeful, but I also believe that agents must create their own opportunities for bids, and create as many opportunities as they possibly can. Our brokers show up every morning to spend four hours on the phone. They’re calling our database of over 50,000 people, many of which are buyers actively looking to buy a home.
On top of that, we have a $60,000 a month marketing budget to push our properties online, getting them on sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. We also work with Google Analytics, we use retargeting, and we remarket the properties to interesting buyers. Part of that massive marketing budget also includes getting your homes in our own newspapers, and in local real estate magazines such as Luxury Home Magazine, to make sure as many potential buyers see your home as possible.

We want to be your experts in the local community and the neighborhoods surrounding Portland and Vancouver. We care about you and your listing, which is why we do so much to get it sold.
