Oftentimes people wanting to buy a home reach out to me, saying they have good credit but no money saved. So today I want to discuss zero money down home purchase programs. Zero down programs are still widely used, and you can take advantage of them, too. There are a lot of different ways to do it. Local lenders might provide zero down programs. Additionally, KeyBank and USDA also have great programs, though with the downside of only being available in certain areas and for certain income levels.

When you’re looking at different financial programs during the home purchase process, it’s really important that you partner with a great lender-someone who actually has the program to allow you to borrow zero down. If the lender you’ve chosen doesn’t offer that program, we have a whole host of other lenders who will allow you to do that. For access to that list or for any questions you have, feel free to reach out to us. We can connect you with a great lender who will allow you to put as much or as little down as you like.
