About Jordan

I wanted to tell everybody about myself, and how I got into the real estate industry. I absolutely love Portland, Oregon. The five generations on my mother's side before me were all Portlanders, and the last three generations on my father's side were as well. I grew up here, and I know the city like the back of my hand. I am proud to call this beautiful and ever-changing city my home.

The Early Years

I got into real estate in 2009; a pretty difficult year to get into real estate considering the national housing crisis. It was a grind, and it took me two years to make my first sale. But I never gave up on my ambitious goal to be a top real estate broker in the city. I moved between several different brokerages and teams trying to learn and grow as much as possible.

Becoming a Pro

Throughout these years I developed a few personal specialties. I became an expert in online-led conversion. This is before Zillow, before Redfin, before all the dominant online real estate platforms were essential tools of the business. This brought me to transition more to the sellers-side of the business, i.e. selling homes that were listed by other agents that failed to sell. And even though the market has been on fire for the last eight years, these transactions still make up the majority of my business.

The Present

Fast-forward to today; every year I have consistently sold more volume than the previous year. This year, my company will do over 150 transactions, 65 million dollars in production, placing us in the top ten teams within a 100-mile radius of Portland. I'm very proud of my success and the exceptional service I’ve provided to all my clients. We deliver a Ritz-Carlton experience throughout all our transactions, and we guarantee results for all our buyers and sellers.
