Hikers, bikers, and walkers have plenty of paved and flat trails for exploring and easy access around the lake.

Conveniently, Commonwealth Park and nearby communities offer plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks to the residents of Commonwealth Park. Being so close to downtown Portland, anything that can't be found in Commonwealth Park is within close reach. The Commonwealth Park neighborhood is located right off of Hwy 26, providing easy access to neighboring towns and downtown Portland. It's conveniently the Nike campus for commuters.

Many homes are within walking distance from one of two light rail stations, making transportation quick and convenient without all the headaches of traffic congestion.
