Billy was born in Portland Oregon and grew up in Lake Oswego. He attended Oregon State University and comes from a real estate family; his father has been a developer in the Lake Oswego area for over 20 years. Billy has extensive knowledge of the Portland Metro area, and he has an outgoing and positive attitude willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Currently, Billy lives in Oregon City with his wife and dog he enjoys traveling, computers, and cars.
