Lake Oswego Farmers Market

Posted on: March 23, 2007

One of the greatest gems in the Portland area is the Lake Oswego Farmer’s Market (LOFM). With over 110,000 visitors a year, this is not only a place to find Portland’s freshest in-season farm products direct from the producer but is also a place to be scene.

Portland residents have long been know for their affinity for the outdoors and the LOFM blends the perfect mix of entertainment for locals. With activities such as face painting for the kids and even a doggy day care service, there is no reason for you not to come out this season.

This season the Farmers’ Market is open Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, from May 19 to October 13. The Market is held in Millennium Plaza Park at 1st and Evergreen streets in beautiful downtown Lake Oswego across the street from Wizer’s and adjacent to Lake View Village. Free parking is available at Lake View Village. The parking entrance is on First Street.

LOFM is a European style market on a lake front venue that provides the perfect backdrop for a day out and about.
