I talk to many parents who consider the choice of school district to be an important decision on whether to move. The perception of a good school includes student performance on standardized tests, and Oregon has a very transparent system of making those scores available on the Oregon Department of Education’s website; these reports also include average class size, which can also affect a child’s education.
