Northwest Portland Market Statistics for April 2007

These market statistics are compiled by RMLS™ of Oregon and represent data collected up to April 2007.
The absorption rate for the Portland metro area, including Northwest Portland, is 4.4 months, which is down from the two-year high of just over six months in January 2007.
Interest rates remain low. Freddie Mac reports the average 30-year mortgage rate as of May 10th to be 6.15%, as compared to the 6.35% Freddie Mac reported in February.
