- Do not change jobs, become self-employed, or quit your job.
- Do not buy a car, truck or van.
- Do not fall behind in any payments or use your credit cards excessively.
- Do not spend money you have set aside for the purchase of your home.
- Do not falsify or omit anything from your loan application.
- Do not buy furniture.
- Do not originate inquiries into your credit.
- Do not make large deposits into your checking or savings without consulting your loan officer.
- Do not change banks or bank accounts.
- Do not co-sign on any loans.
