Southwest Portland
Southwest Portland is west of the Willamette River, south of Burnside Street, north of Lake Oswego, and east of Beaverton. Included in Southwest is the entire west portion of downtown Portland.
Many locals consider this area to be the finest area in Portland. Residents here enjoy some of Portland premium attractions including the Oregon Zoo, Hoyt Arboretum, International Rose Test Garden, Portland Japanese Garden, Washington Park, and Forest Park.
