Parkrose’s neighbors include; Argay, Parkrose Heights, and Sumner.

Parkrose, like other outer Eastside neighborhoods, offers an affordable alternative to the high housing costs of the inner Eastside. Most of the homes here are smaller size ranches with decent size yards. An excellent independent school district and local parks make this a great spot for families. Parkrose’s close proximity to I-84 and I-205 make commuting to downtown or other Portland areas easy.
