Cully

Cully’s neighbors are the Beaumont-Wilshire, Concordia, Roseway, and Rose City Park, and Sumner neighborhoods.

Cully is one of the best places for first time home buyers to find a property in the inner east area of Porltand. Affordable housing prices and close proximity to both Beaumont Village and the Alberta Art District make Cully a terrific place to buy a first home or an investment.

The Rigler Community Garden project began in 2000 within the Cully neighborhood. This unique garden is regarded as the premier community garden in the Northwest. The Garden‘s centerpiece is the “upside-down,” rain-harvesting gazebo. The gazebo roof is inverted to collect rain water for use in watering the plants. The long-awaited garden fills a void in the parks-deficient Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland for community residents, local gardeners and students at the neighboring Rigler Elementary School.
