Concordia

Concordia’s neighbors are the Alameda, Beaumont-Wilshire, Cully, Sabin, Vernon, Sunderland, and Woodlawn, neighborhoods.

As with most of this older area, Concordia features many of the charming styles of homes Portland has to offer, including, Bungalows, Four Square, and Craftsman styles. Most of the homes have been refurbished, and many homes are being restored to their original character.

The Alberta Art District is mostly within the Concordia neighborhood. Alberta Street is the heart of an arts, restaurant, and shopping district approximately 20 blocks long. On the last Thursday of every month there is a street fair that takes place in the galleries and shops during the winter months and in the outdoors during warmer weather.
