Centennial

Centennial’s neighbors include Glenfair, Hazelwood, Pleasant Valley, and Powellhurst-Gilbert.

Centennial is located directly below Powell Butte an extinct cinder cone volcano, with over 600 acres of forest and meadows. Today, miles of trails accommodate hikers, bikers, and horseback riders. Wildlife includes, rabbits, ring-necked pheasants, ground squirrels, raccoons, gray foxes, skunks, bats, chipmunks, coyotes, and black-tailed mule deer. The park is home to many birds of prey with its open meadows, groves of wild hawthorn trees, forested slopes of Western red cedar, and wetlands near Johnson Creek.

Centennial is a community full of immense firs and moss covered oaks. Like most of the outer Eastside neighborhoods, Centennial is a terrific value, with affordable contemporary houses on large lots .
